Dr. Boutros is a Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He earned his medical degree from McGill University in Montreal, Canada. He completed his internship in internal medicine, residency in neurology, and fellowship in clinical neurophysiology at the University Of Southern California School Of Medicine, in Los Angeles. Dr. Boutros is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Medical Association, and the American Neurological Association.
