David A. Monti Jr., MD

Dr. Monti is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation. He specializes in treating spinal cord injuries, brain injuries, strokes, and musculoskeletal injuries. Dr. Monti earned his medical degree from the University of Connecticut in 1994 and interned in internal medicine at the university of Connecticut Health Center. He did his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the John F. Kennedy Medical Center.

Subramani Seetharama, MD 

Dr. Seetharama is board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and spinal cord injury medicine. He is the Director of the Spinal Cord Injury program at the Hospital for Special Care. He is the Medical Director of Hartford Hospital Rehabilitation Network and the Director of the Spinal Injury Program at Hartford Hospital. He is an assistant clinical professor at the University of Connecticut’s School of Medicine. Dr. Seetharama earned his medical degree at the Armed Forces Medical School in India in 1981 and did his internship in internal medicine at Ohio Valley Medical center. He served his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at St. Francis Medical Center.
