Dr. Brooker is a neuropsychologist who specializes in cognitive rehabilitation for people with brain injuries. He received his Ph.D. from Kansas State University in 1977 and completed a clinical psychology residency at Wright-Patterson USAF Medical Center. He completed a post doctoral Fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology at the Oregon Health Sciences University in 1982. He is a retired Air Force Colonel who served as Military Consultant to the Air Force Surgeon General for Clinical Neuropsychology (1986-1992).
