Dr. Yang is a neurologist. She earned her medical degree from the Taipei Medical University and completed a residency at St. Louis University Hospital in 1984. She is affiliated with Garfield Medical Center in Monterey Park, Alhambra Hospital in Alhambra, San Gabriel Valley Medical Center in San Gabriel and John Muir Medical Center—Concord Campus and Walnut Creek Campus.
