10 years ago in an  accident suffered a broken my waist and able to walk I am not. Broken seals and transferringL1&T12 I have been.No Spinal Canal laceration. The loss spinal 2 Cm. my left foot movement. I wanted to know that you can do for me to do it. To be able to walk again. Even if the possibility to walk with one leg. Or even stand. technique;thoracolumbar MRI with and without contrast media,
FINDINGS;
regarding to patiens history as known case of trauma minimal  chranic
compressive fracture in the suprerior and antrior aspect of L1 is present.at this level mild retropulsion is seen.signal alternation in the lowerthoracic cord and conusis compatible with post traumatic myelopathy.proximal thoracic cord is normal.related abnormal enhancement is not seen.also the rest of thoracolumbar vertebral bodies,posterior element and their aligment appear normal.
early disc dehydration at entire thoracolumbar disc spaces is associated whithL5-S1 level wide  based disc protrusion  with beforminal extension.
at this level canal and beforminal stenosis is seen. in the post contrast survey abnormal enhancement in the thoracolumbar regoin is not seen.
at L4-5 level minimal annnular disc bulding depicted.
