In 2004 I graduated college and was awarded an internship with National Geographic in Washington D.C., I was 48 years old. I rode a bike 3 or 4 miles to the train station and took the train into D.C. every day, my nightly routine was the same only reversed and uphill. My heart attack was inevitable given my predomitably beef oriented diet. I’m told that I was found by an EMT unit and it took several tries to restart my heart and keep it going. I recieved a quintuple bypass at the National Rehabilitatioin Hospital in Washington. Now, in 2010, I have made slow but considerable strides but I know I still have cognitve and physical deficits to overcome. Do you know of any routines I can implement my self as disability benefits don’t go very far. Sorry I don’t have a photo.
